Excellent location. Horribly unkind, uncaring staff who most certainly do not represent the hotel well. From the dismissive valet staff (a young lady & a gentleman working Friday eve) who refused to answer a patron's question and ignored them for 15 minutes, to the unfriendly, unwelcoming front of house staff who could not have been more unhelpful during my visit, this is a beautiful property in a prime location whose management need to call an all-staff meeting to remind employees that they work in HOSPITALITY. Kindness, understanding, and a smile go a long way in letting guests know you're happy they chose your property with so many others on offer. Please do better, it's a shame with how stunning the hotel is that the service isn't just as awesome.

Rooms were beautiful and clean, felt very comfortable. Nice views and great location. However, the front desk lady Maribel was rude and had attitude please talk to her as that is not a Hilton worthy attitude.

The whole feel of the hotel is simple, elegant, and a nice combo of modern and classic aesthetic. It was noisier than I was hoping it would be at 5 floors up, but it's very close to the freeway so I guess it makes sense. Also, we had a "river view" which is a little misleading. It's more like river facing but you cant really see the river. At least not from the 5th floor. You can see the bridge though so that's nice. The room was a beautiful, beds comfortable, and amentities were all there.

We stayed here for a short weekend and it was a great experience! The facility his beautifully preserved yet modern when it needs to be. The location is EXCELLENT! You are walking distance from almost anything you need; great food, Old Sacramento, the mall, etc. We will be staying here again next time we visit! We also only used Uber and all the drivers in the area were great!
